Aug 8, 2022 · In May 2022, we placed another order, this time, it was sent via Amazon. When the Lobster Gram arrived at our friend's home, the package was open and the food inside, destroyed. Amazon immediately refunded our money. HOWEVER, when we contacted Lobster Gram Customer Service, they basically told us it was "Amazon's problems, not ours".
